Yes. This version is for the open source Morrowind, the alternate engine, but it works just as well on the standard engine.

The English version expands the possibilities of the mod.
New cells for houses, new NPCs and bug fixes are added. However, TAO has a bug in the white chalk script that may cause a quest error.
The mod is more stable without TAO, and you can use my fix with the added books from the neighboring thread.

I work with Morrowind, but the principle is the same.

Rename the resulting file to "MyMod.esp" and edit it.
