I redone the savedata bofore the child followed me.

And, It caused by the Letter Boy at "Every Day Like the Last, Part II" quest.
The boy would deliver the letter, but I changed the area before the boy did.

A child follow me, anytime.

In almost situation it is not important thing, but in specific situation, it prevents me clearing the quest "Scorpion and Lion(Golden Sickle)".
We have killed all Sickle members, but Dijaam are attacking my (follwer?) child forever.
We cannot kill ANY children in Skyrim ...

I uninstalled the Amanda mod, so clear the problem!
I could go west without CTD, Thank you very much!!
(Very sorry,, I "intended" to try uninstalling all mods, but It was a lie..)

CTD causes when approaching the excavation site in the Frostcliff Mountains with Quest "Dark Chambers of our Mind (Faction Quest)".

It was the same even if I reinstalled the game, and "Check game file ...
