Hmm i found in the patch logs that the quest is FQ_NQ01, randomly guessed the stage at 15 and it advance, went to the monastery and it seems fine, i can talk to Yuslan and it advanced futher. maybe it will work

Impossible as i don't have any old saves... Can u tell me the set stage codes for this quest?

When i try to speak to Yuslan it's say he is busy. I think this is an extension of the bug which i get on the Black Light part 2. Tealor got stuck near the gates and i advanced the quest with setstage command twice to get it to move. I tried resetai, doesn't work. I also can't find the setstage comm...
