Seems like the newest patch actually fixed it, I havent had any time to really "play" the game since the patch but I tried traveling to a couple of different areas and for the most part I have stable 60 fps, of course there are some drops but it dosent drop past 40 fps and its only for like a second ...

Hey, how is it going with the save? I havent heard anything for about a month so just checking that I havent been forgotten

I was told I could send in my savefile if the patch dident fix the lagg so here it is. :)
Also note that im playing with 2560 x 1440 resolution and I have done so my entire playthrough so everything is based on that.
