I didn't end up changing anything as the settings were set to what I had seen other people reporting this problem changed them too by default.

Hey there, I've disabled onetweak and made sure the forcefullscreen references in the ini =false, but whenever i set the launcher settings to fullscreen, the moment i click Save Settings, I can see it automatically revert to the windowed selection before it closes.
