I have had Skyrim uninstalled for quite some time before I installed this, surely mods from a previous install should not carry over?

Should all the installed mods be in the Data Files section in the launcher?

I see this after dropping down the shaft, there is also rats in there that I have killed that are not being rendered. I tried it on my PC and laptop and both look the same. I don't have any additional mods installed.
