Ok. fixed windows :D

Problem was with Skyrim with skse and Enderal (with skse, dunno how to run it without, now cant test, pc is clean as virgin, only downloading skyrim now...).
Without skse Skyrim stared ok, and after i removed update (and reboot ofc) Eneral started work fine. So i think its ...

Same problem.

Thats because Windows 10 patch KB4462917.

It was released on 10.10 and have conflicts with skse i think, no chance to run it with this update... So i uninstalled it and everything wokrs fine... But after pc restart this pc update coming and updating again :(
