That is extremely weird. Because I have surround sound speakers, but it was acting like I didn't. But eh. Fixed the issues.
There's not a setting for headphones or not, because that's on the PC's side, not the game's side. And as I said, there's no other sign of any sound issues.
Sorry. Yes, in literally everything else with sound on my PC there is absolutely no issues. And the log from the launcher would have shown that the vsync is on, and my monitor is a 60fps, so it does limit it to that.
Strangely enough, when I deleted the .ini files, it completely broke the enderal installation. So I had to uninstall and then reinstall it. Waiting to try it out again
I just recently installed the mod pack, exactly the way I was instructed. But whenever an NPC is talking I can barely hear them when my crosshair is 'on' the NPC speaking, or when they are directly behind me. They only speak clearly when they are off to the side.
