No mods or ENBs, it's a fresh Skyrim install (though I played about 15 minutes of unmodded vanilla). Deleting the .inis did nothing, and as for the log:
I press "New game", the screen goes black but the cursor still shows. I've waited 20 minutes and it still hasn't loaded.
