Hmm, so i added Launcher.log to My documnets/my games/skyrim, but error still exists, but i figured out how to launch a game withouth it. When i am preessing continue the error exists, but when i press New Game, then going to Main menu again and pressing Continue or Load game the error is gone ...

Well, first solution didn't helped.
I don't have steam - is it necessary? So i don't find steamapps folder.
Maybe i just can download that file from somewhere?

Just yesterday i installed Enderal and i solved error (u see photo) by deleting Skyrim.ini and lauching game again. Now i get that the program has stopped working after i press "Continue" in the game background.
