Hi everybody!
I resolved the "crush at loading" problem by just reinstalling my whole Skyrim and Enderal, following all the steps.
Now... I'm able to play, but there is NO SOUND . Nothing at all! No voices, no background music, no other sounds... just plain silence.

I tried to search for a solution ...
