unfortunately that looks like a known bug without a real solution :(
there seems to be a workaround though
open the console and type (one by one)

in the prison cell appeared Jespar. after a dialogue ...
main quest Part Of Something Momentous Part II (MQ05b), but when that quest ends after you hit/slice the guy in the cellar and a loading screen should bring you to the room where you're supposed to wake up, it doesn't load through. After the loading screen I just get a gray screen and nothing else.
