Does this patch use " Smart Souls functionality " helping you to avoid accidentally trapping a soul into a soul gem which is too large for it, effectively wasting that gem?

Same here & Constantin Firespark's Knowledge point (when you 1st meet him) won't trigger. Making 30 impossible without buying some books from Ark's Nobles Quarter.

You can try a few things, but it might still crash but less often. (Mostly in "Ark Market" for me)

That's self defeating since you don't need to enchant or recharge bound weapons.

You can mine by equipping your pickaxe and swinging at the ore vein, its faster, also useful when stuck in combat by a fish or some other non threat & won't let you mine normally.

I have the Blueprint for the totem.
But i cannot Craft the totem at the Anvil.
I have the material 4 Woods, 15 spareparts, flawless emerald and amethyst.
The actual problem is that i cannot see the totem when i are at the anvil, which means that i cannot Craft it.
Anyone knows what i do ...

Unless your going for the romance option I would not worry about it, plus I have no idea how those are triggered anyways.
