1)The BuildID hasn't changed since I installed the game (the past three weeks were zero updates with Steam).
In plain, that means I've always played the latest that Steam has to offer.

can we assume that you started your current playthrough three weeks ago ...

What I meant to ask was: When did you start the playthrough? With which patch did you start? Back when it was released or recently?

Because 1) was fixed a very long time ago but only for new saves. And 2) I never heard about it in the first place, because they simply don't share their inventory ...

Crafting the Mage 5 amulet (Starling Navigator), didn't give any amulet... Looked into xEdit and it shown that the COBJ makes

but it never lands in the inventory (and the pop-up ...

It would be helpful for other users in the future if you would tell us which mod caused the problem :wink:

We could not reproduce the problem with the footstep sounds. They can be set loud enough in the launcher settings.
Maybe another mod problem (some have their own audio slider)?

I've thought I removed all instances that touched the leveling system... Well, turned out, that some other mod which touched a few perks via script files was the culprit. I've notified the aforementioned mod's author about his/her shortcoming.

Hi!
I'm unable to increase my Combat/Crafting stats. I have unallocated Learning & Crafting points. I have the appropriate books (apprentice - since all my stats are at the starting level).
After using a book, the following happens:
-Book consumed. (that's ok)
-Learning/Crafting point does NOT ...

Nope, doesn't work for me either. The cause may be, that the esp file doesn't have any master to load on and because of that, the mod is considered 'dead', since not even CS or TesEdit can open it. Unless, Aisis shows up and solves it herself.

btw, Aisis' mod of Donkey Flute has the same problem...
