copy this file into the path I mentioned in my post above.
Feedback is appreciated, it could be that you have another problem :)
Edit: It could also be that your C:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Interface\controls\pc\controlmap.txt is broken somehow.
