I think usually potions weigh .5 , are you sure they show as .1? In your inventory you can see the weigh of each item, so you can add it up to see if the total is right. Don't forget the weight of misc. stuff like soul gems, etc., and remember the weight shown is per item, so 10 potions of the same ...

you craft it at a tanning rack, not the forge(or anvil)
I have the same problem with the aeterna though, doesn't show up at the tanning rack or the anvil and I'm level 80(for the backpack). Might be a special forge to make them at that we're unaware of.

I think it be awesome if you got,
Alchemist 1-5, Experimenter 1-3, Green Thumb, and Purity perks automatically as you level Alchemy.
and Enchanter 1-5, Soul Siphon, Soul Squeezer, and Extra Effect perks automatically as you level enchanting.
a small script should be easy to make for this like this ...
I get that with several NPCs, also the ones(especially vendors) that act like its the first time they've talked to you every time you see them. If there was a way to reduce the frequency that NPCs just started talking to you, that'd be great. Something like 1/10 times you walked passed them. I get ...
the few I've found were either in a place that is practically unmissable or had an unmarked quest attached(notes,books, etc, but no quest in the log).

I tend not to edit wikis on my first playthroughs, but I'm just about done (level 70+ lol) and would like to play through again with a different build and I'll put some time into the wiki.
I've noticed a lot of the arrows aren't on the exact spot of things, they just kinda get you to the right area, then you gotta find stuff on your own. I don't know if that's a bug, or by design, but I'm ok with it, Skyrim does hold your hand a bit too much imo.
^ this, several vendors around Ark have some wood for sale. no need to go crazy, its just wood, its cheap.
