Your bug is not reproducible. I've got a lot of missing mods displayed with your savegame.
Disable them. Probably some of them causing the problem.

I already tried that as the first person said the same , tried this on a vanille + enderal skyrim with no mods , problem persists i will upload the ...

Does it freeze with the newest patch and launcher??

Upload a savegame. I want to see and test it myself.
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip them together)

Yes Currently have the same problem and it seems like i can use the console.
I think i might be able to do something with console commands , "enableplayercontrols" doesn't work.
Have you found a fix ?
