thats possible, you can do that, and its in the sinistrope school of magic.
However that may be a huge spell that is hard to conjure and use since it takes full understanding about how life works ( biology maybe)

So the game is not working with the unnoficial patch for me.

i highly, highly recommend nehrim. it's a must play. in my opinion nehrim is even more impressive than enderal... and i think enderal itself is a masterpiece ...

Ok so as most of you know, the quest "The Voice from the water" is bugged and cant be finished by normal means.
The only fix so far is to open your console and type Setstage nq15 250
