Hey, just ran into the same issue.
I noticed at the start of the update was the label 1/5. After closing the launcher and then trying to update again I noticed it downloaded again, and was now labelled 2/5.

So each time I let the updater reach 100% downloaded, and then close and reopen until 5/5 ...
