After setting out for "The Living Temple" and reaching the "Crystal Forest" all the crystals and tree leaves textures are purple, now I can't tell if they are meant to all be purple or if I'm missing the textures.

edit* I got stuck on the same quest but restarting the game fixed my issue.

I am thinking it has nothing to do with the patches but rather your save getting larger (older). What size is your save? And if you tend to make new saves often you can see the size change over time. I like to always make a new save just so I can see how it changes over time which makes it easier ...
