Try Installing two skyrims in two different directories so that you can play both.

I Install my skyrim for enderal in C:\Data while my other skyrim (the modded one) is installed at C:\Games.

Try that so you can play both anytime you want. Of course the save game directory would be in the same ...

Thanks man haha, well I did something else besides that. I installed the d3dx9_42.dll from my other skyrim folder. If I remember correctly, doing so will help stabilize skyrim (STEP Guide).

Well it kind of helped, I still got a CTD but at least I managed to enter Riverville, talked to Alfrid ...

Owh and I always get this message about SKSE.ini at the start of the game to set DefaultHeapInitialMB=768. Already done that. And the skyrim that I'm using for enderal is a clean, no mod (I installed the modded skyrim in a different directory).

Although I've set the SKSE.ini as asked by the game ...
