Umm but the quest marker leads you directly to them? In the Undercity, you have to talk to the old lady in charge of the hospital and Calia will show up with info about it. For the last one, you need to bribe the bouncer in front of one of the Noble's Houses.

Expect for those who hang out in the second one in Nobles Quarter. Luckily you don't have to look for them in the Undercity too often.
