I'm not sure about the kb/m causing crashes on loading screens, but re: the black screen cutscene issue, you need to disable OneTweak and run the game in fullscreen mode rather than windowed. (It's caused by a known bug with the Bink cutscene videos and windowed mode.) If you're lucky this might fix ...

Disable OneTweak and put the game into fullscreen mode. This is a bug with windowed mode and the Bink video the cutscenes are rendered in.
Actually i got major fps drop (25-35 fps) in this specific place (20 % of my gpu!gtx 970)

Are you all trying to play the game in windowed mode? I ran into the same issue on my system, fresh install of Skyrim + Enderal, and came here looking for a solution. This thread has the answer. Put the game into fullscreen mode. Fixed the issue for me.
