i did a clean install of skyrim installed enderal then update it

and launch it OPPS error you dont goot skse loaded ? what nowere in requirments mention a skse

then i install skse (were supposed enderal to install the skse version it needs?) i lauch the game and also use the tweaki in launcher ...

i did everything elso both versions dont work no log files to create log file it had to work first... even partialy

and then crash but with unblock admin removed antivirus firewall exeptions and what ever you want it still fails

Yeah, 4.5 is installed.. where would this log be, in the same directory? If that is the case, I am afraid there is no log.. I guess that makes sense since I think the launcher actually does not ever launch.. it does not crash or anything, just never gets to the stage where it is loaded..

also what about skse im trying to understand what laucher do at appdata then fail same error with german laucher ...
