Nothing I seem to do reduces the fever, I think this was caused by having god mode on during the initial event where you get your fever under control. Now even when I use Ambrosia it does not reduce the fever, is there a console command that resets or reduces it?

OK, I discovered the problem, thought I'm not sure how to fix it, I only have the problem when I put the game at 4k, if I drop it to 1080p the text goes away, any fix for this?

Game runs fine at a 2560 x 1980 format, but problem is you can't see the top and bottom of menus, anything that can be done about this?

I added moonlight tales and was able to play as a werewolf just fine

Not sure if I'm bugged or just blind, but on the first quest when you wash up on the island, I find the cave, and it looks like I need a key or something to open up the door, no clue what I'm looking for. I wandered around the island for an hour and found nothing, can anyone help?
