Ive opened a ticket and tried reloading a save and starting a completely new one also still nothing

Stuck on ship at start of game Jump to post
Hi ive just started the game but when I get onto the ship when Sirius says "Ill take the young guy you take the old one" the game then just hangs and doesnt progress, I cant move or do anything. Any solution?
