That's what the skills are said to do, but I've noticed no in game changes to any values. So far I've dumped 20 points into one handed and I haven't seen changes.

I leveled one handed 15 points all at once from 20 to 35. The actual shown damage isn't improved on my weapons. Does it effect damage in the background when I attack? Do I need to level it up more? I'm just not noticing any difference.

Can you explain how the console command works in this game? I also made some mistakes, but I'm having a hard time reshuffling my skills using the console command. For example I've tried player.setav "skill" "value" and advskill "skill" "value." I think I'm missing something.
When the German version of the game releases on July 1-3 will it have included the English written translation already in place or does that ship when the English voice acting version is released a couple weeks later? I personally think I would prefer German voice acting with English subtitles. I ...
