Was there a port for the Special Edition in the works?
Not from SureAI. It was thought about that but there was simply no time. stuemper was the only developer who had been working on Enderal for a long time.
But there is an unofficial fan project for the SSE port. Unfortunately, I cannot ...

Thank you very much indeed for the reply
I think that if SureAI has the staff and time for this, it will really help the visibility and reputation of SureAI and Enderal: The Forgotten Stories given the current state of the gaming market.

Maybe try with max aa and see if the removal of the jaggy bits helps with the movement. My 1080 is away for testing so only using an old r9 270x 2gb and that runs Enderal at ultra settings and maxed all settings so you shouldn't have any problems at all with your 1080ti

Hello! I cannot buy Skyrim through Steam in the country I live in, I only see Skyrim SE and Skyrim VR, will the mod work? Can I buy Skyrim somewhere else? Will it work on Steam?
See Steam store screenshot
Try going to the Enderal store page and scroll dow to "About this Game" and there's a ...
Only 2560x1080 @144hz here and I tend to run 90 fov in Enderal, I don't know if having a very curved monitor (had the tightest radius at release) reduces any fisheye effect, but I find running any game at default 16:9 fov with the extra width of the monitor feels restricted and slightly "off"...plus ...
Thank you very much yet again for this amazing piece of work.
I haven't had the time for more than beginning a new clean char really, but everything has "just worked" as it should with no issues (beyond PEBKAC :P ) and it's wonderful to see mods that I'd intended to add in the first ...

Not sure if it would work, but is hitting the screenshot button (default F12 in Steam) as the subtitle is shown and then viewing the screenshot a possible workround?

Thank you very much indeed for the info / links
I fully expect it to be buggy and basically unplayable, as in playing the game normally, I'm just curious to see and experience Enderal in VR briefly...and then go back to the pancake, but much better looking version.

I'm 99.9% certain that this isn't possible as Skyrim VR uses the special edition, but is there any way (including bodging) to get FS to run in VR, obviously with using xbox controller not the motion controls, even if it's only possible to to see and move about in the starter area just to see it?

Many thanks indeed Sure Ai, for this unintended present
We've got good news: Enderal was approved by Valve! Excellent :D
However, we are currently busy ironing out bugs that have been found by our testers in the mean time. Argghhh.
Still I've got to send my graphics card back, so I guess still delayed is not as bad news wise as it could be, well for ...

Isn't this something that's been known for over a year or so. SureAI have always said that Enderal is their last "free project" and that once it's complete they were going to transition from a group of modders into a commercial game studio and get revenue back to be able to continue making more ...
Guessing still no news from Steam as to "When"?
You can let them know that while I really do appreciate the delay as I was waiting for all the new bits for me PC to arrive, it's now all fully upgraded, up and running, so yeah, Cheers for the delay but I'm ready to play now

Many thanks for the update. When I read the title of the thread I thought I'd somehow missed Enderal releasing while browsing Steam

I'm not starting an argument, just giving my personal view. I'm British and apart from a brief word or two near the start I didn't have any problem understanding the narrator and I don't think he was speaking that fast either.
Still just my view.
