i did a playthrough of enderall but when i wanted to start a new playthough. i deleted all my old saves but after i get to the part after the ship where i have to get to the mainland. there are no items that spawned. none in the chest, and the key that is supposed to let me get to the mainland doesnt spawn either. is there a way to fix this easily? or just uninstall and reinstall and hope for the best

No sure where you're at, but yeah... Think CharGen is like 20 minutes or something!

Vanilla save if want to test your install. It will be missing "Pretty Face" hair / face models (1.9) but that's it.

Starts with EP & 1 MP with "Meditation Place" shout hotkey = "Z"

Inside the temple, dev's might have moved the key from floor clutter, to more conspicuous place near the skeleton.
